Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be confident in your purchase and satisfied with your apparel.
We accept returns and exchanges for items that do not fit as expected or arrive with a defect. Each of our designs is produced in a single colorway, so exchanges are limited to size only.
Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size-related issues, subject to availability. Color exchanges are not available.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us and we will make it right.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email connect@two-wooden-beams.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
